(Intro)
Come on, kids, let’s start the show,
Colors, colors, here we go!
Clap your hands, let’s dance and play,
Colors, colors, shout “Hooray!”
(Chorus)
Red, red, like an apple so bright,
Yellow, yellow, like the sunshine light!
Green, green, like the leaves on a tree,
Blue, blue, like the ocean we see!
Colors, colors, everywhere,
Sing it loud, hands in the air!
(Verse 1)
Red is the apple, juicy and sweet,
Take a big bite, it’s such a treat!
Yellow’s the sunshine, bright in the sky,
Wave hello as it passes by!
Green is the grass, soft on our feet,
Let’s jump and run, feel the beat!
(Chorus)
Red, red, like an apple so bright,
Yellow, yellow, like the sunshine light!
Green, green, like the leaves on a tree,
Blue, blue, like the ocean we see!
Colors, colors, everywhere,
Sing it loud, hands in the air!
(Verse 2)
Blue is the sky where birds fly high,
Let’s spread our wings, reach for the sky!
Purple is the flower, bright and small,
Pick it up, don’t let it fall!
Orange is the pumpkin, round and fun,
Roll it around, watch it run!
(Chorus)
Red, red, like an apple so bright,
Yellow, yellow, like the sunshine light!
Green, green, like the leaves on a tree,
Blue, blue, like the ocean we see!
Colors, colors, everywhere,
Sing it loud, hands in the air!
(Bridge)
Black like the night, calm and deep,
White like snow where we leap!
Pink like candy, sweet and light,
Brown like a bear, hug it tight!
(Final Chorus)
Red, red, like an apple so bright,
Yellow, yellow, like the sunshine light!
Green, green, like the leaves on a tree,
Blue, blue, like the ocean we see!
Black, white, pink, and brown,
Colors, colors, all around!
Colors, colors, everywhere,
Sing it loud, hands in the air!
(Outro)
Colors are fun, colors are cool,
Now we know them, we rule the school!
Clap your hands, stomp your feet,
Learning colors is such a treat!
